Processing: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed. 

Shipping: Online Girlfriend uses a third-party provider to ship out your orders, and shipping generally takes from 7 days up to 3 weeks. We do not have any control over the couriers after the order is sent. If your order has not arrived after that time, please contact us so that we can discuss this problem with our courier.
