Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Online Girlfriend does not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds (see exception below).  

Please read our sizing charts to make sure you are placing an order for the correct size, as you will not be able to return or exchange your product. 

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address that is entered by the customer at the checkout page. It is the customer’s role to fill out and check the correct address of delivery during checkout. 

Exception: customers may only request a refund in the following situations:

  • when we have sent you a different fabric color, design, or product type from what you have indicated in your order

  • when we have sent you the wrong size from what you have ordered – for example, if a customer ordered a Small but receives a Large, we will refund them.

  • if the print is significantly faded, significantly scratched, and has other defects like negative colors upon arrival. This must seriously affect the quality of the design and shirt.

We require a clear photo and/or video as proof from customers requesting refunds for the situations mentioned above. You can request for a replacement within 7 days upon receiving your order, and a refund within 7 days upon receiving your order.

Damages done after the delivery are not qualified for a replacement/refund.

At this time, we cannot accept returned, defective products. Customers are responsible for donating or otherwise disposing of their defective products.
