FAQ: Shipping

  • I just ordered ... when will my order arrive?

    We take 7-14 days to process an order, then 5-14 days to ship.

    So in total, anywhere from 12-28 days.

    Sometimes we're faster, sometimes we're slower. We try to be a little bit faster.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    As of today, OGF only ships within the continental U.S.

    We hope to build relationships with our international consumers in the future.

  • They said my package arrived, but its not here. Where is it?

    Give it another 48 hours -- sometimes packages get delayed.

    If it still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, contact your package delivery service, which should be included in your shipping email. If your order was lost in mail, you will have to file a claim with the appropriate provider.

Error: returns, exchanges, and refunds

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

    No.

    (not yet. sorry ...)

    We currently don't have the capacity to offer returns or exchanges. We hope to do so in the future. Please double-check the size chart before buying.

  • What if I received a faulty item?

    In the case that you were sent the wrong size, received a damaged (misprinted/broken) product, or received a completely different product than the product you ordered, you have 14 days to send an email with the following:

    1) your order number

    2) a picture of the product

    3) a summary of what's wrong

    if applicable:

    4) a picture of the unopened damaged package

  • Can I steal your designs?

    No. By using this website you agree not to steal, copy, trace, reproduce, sell, whatever our designs.

  • Laundry tips?

    Turn products inside out and wash on cold. Hang dry or lay flat to dry. Try not to tumble dry, this could hurt the longevity of your product.

  • How can I stay updated on the latest OGF designs?

    For now, follow us on Instagram (Shoponlinegirlfriend). We'll make a newsletter for when we have new drops or sales eventually ... but do you really want another email?

  • Do you do influencer discounts?

    No. We believe in good, old-fashioned marketing:

    • people tagging us in their IG photos/stories (we love to repost!)
    • Family/friends/strangers/ potential lovers/enemies coming up to you at the club/office/bar and asking, "where did you get that shirt?"
    • tumblr/pinterest posts

    Honestly, influencer marketing is an unregulated landmine and we currently don't have the time to navigate it!

  • Can I get free merch?

    No.

    Unless you're Rebecca Black ... message us. You may be able to get no-strings-attached free merch.
